sensational experiences Since 2017

In the middle of Spring 2011, five college students sat in H-Building eating endives slathered with butter and caviar. The mix of fat and salt was balanced out by the bitterness of the endives. Amidst the mastication of the rich hors d'oeuvres, an impromptu brainstorm session emerged and gave birth to Chau Time.

This is Chau Time. Brian Chau is a food scientist, fungal fanatic and food systems analyst. Chau Time is a food consultation firm that started with a focus in R&D. Chau Time expanded to include services in supply chain management, food safety planning, commercialization, pricing strategy, brand strategy, operations management, project management, financial review, contract-manufacturing searches, key partnership searches, food systems review, equitable access to resources management, and business development management. As of 2020, Chau Time has focused its attention on advisory services with an emphasis on strategy. Building a strong foundation allows for better execution and higher chances of success.
